What We Do

Our services cover each stage of a programme, from assessing needs and analysing context before design, to monitoring during implementation, to evaluating results at the end.

Our services

Each of our services can be commissioned on its own or combined into a single assignment. Whatever the brief, we bring the same independence and methodological rigour.

Data Science, Technology & AI

We help organisations collect, manage and use data more effectively, from secure digital data collection and dashboards to advanced analytics and AI-supported tools. This work is led by BlueDesk, our technology arm, and includes SyriaStats, our open data platform.

Education Consultancy

Our Ed.Visory team helps schools and education providers raise performance through needs assessments against national and international inspection frameworks, strategic planning, and training for teachers and school leaders. It builds on more than a decade of education evaluations for UNICEF, UNESCO and Save the Children.
