This website is operated by R.M Team FZE, CWEP0124, Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("RMTeam", "we", "us"). We are the controller responsible for personal data collected through this website under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data is collected
When you visit the website
Our website is hosted on servers located in Germany, provided by Contabo GmbH, Welfenstrasse 22, 81541 Munich, Germany. As part of its hosting services, Contabo may automatically record technical information that your browser sends, such as your IP address, the date and time of your visit, and your browser type. When you use our contact form
If you contact us through the form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, organisation, the type of enquiry you select, and your message. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and any follow-up. We do not use it for marketing or share it with anyone outside RMTeam.
We keep general enquiries for 24 months after our last correspondence with you, after which they are deleted. If your enquiry leads to a proposal, contract or other business relationship, the related correspondence becomes part of our project records and is kept for as long as needed to meet our contractual and legal obligations.
Consultant roster
If you contact us about consultancy opportunities and agree to be added to our consultant roster, we keep your details for up to 3 years so we can contact you about future assignments. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing [email protected]. After 3 years, we will either delete your details or ask whether you would like to remain on the roster.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the following legal bases:
- Contact form: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Consultant roster: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who has access to your data
Hosting provider. Contabo GmbH hosts the website and processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement in line with Article 28 GDPR.
RMTeam staff. Contact form enquiries are sent to our general inbox. Access is limited to a small number of authorised staff who need it to respond to enquiries, and is protected by two-factor authentication.
We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
5. International transfers
The website is hosted in Germany, and we use European cloud services to store our data. Our team works in several countries, including outside the European Economic Area. Where authorised staff outside the EEA access contact form enquiries, we protect your data through appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- correct inaccurate data
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to our processing of your data
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU country where you live or work, or where you believe your rights were infringed.

We protect personal data through technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of data in storage and in transit, role-based access based on the principle of least privilege, and two-factor authentication for staff accounts.
